The short version: monthly plans are month to month, your accounts and content stay yours, ad spend is paid direct to the platforms, and every change is written down.
The deal
How work with us runs
- Monthly plans run month to month — cancel with 30 days' notice, no penalties.
- Once-off work is quoted in writing before it starts; a quote is fixed against the agreed scope.
- Ad accounts, Google profiles, domains, websites and content are created in your name and stay yours.
- Ad spend is paid by you directly to Google or Meta — it never passes through us.
- Every change to your account or site is recorded in writing, in your account history and monthly report.
- Results depend on the market and the platforms; we promise the work and show it every month, we don't promise positions.
Practical
The practical bits
- Work that needs access starts when access is granted, not when the invoice is paid.
- Founding partners pay no setup fee and keep their monthly price for 12 months from signup.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days. Prices exclude VAT unless stated.
