Didn't build your site with us? Start with a health check
For R950 we check your site's updates, security, speed, backups, forms and Google setup, and tell you what needs fixing before we take it on. If it needs work first, we quote for it. If it's fine, your care plan starts straight away.

WordPress maintenance
Most sites that need regular care run on WordPress, because WordPress and its plugins update often. Every plan covers WordPress updates, backups and security checks, using only licensed plugins.
If it's broken now
Is your site broken or hacked right now?
WhatsApp us. We'll look at it as soon as we can, tell you what's wrong and what it'll cost to fix, and then get it working. Afterwards, a care plan helps stop it happening again.
Ownership
Your site stays yours
Your hosting, domain and every login stay in your name. We're added as a user. If you ever cancel, you remove us and keep everything, including your backups.

How to choose someone to look after your site
Ask anyone, us included:
- Where are my backups kept, and how often?
- Do you test the site after every update?
- What happens if something breaks: how quickly do you respond?
- How many changes are included each month?
- If I leave, do I keep my hosting, domain and backups?

How much does website maintenance cost?
From R450 a month for Basic Care, R1,500 for Business Care and R3,000 for Pro Care. Extra time is R650 an hour, in blocks of 5 hours.
Is hosting included?
Hosting is separate and stays in your name. We'll recommend a host if you need one.
Do you only maintain WordPress sites?
No. We look after WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Shopify and custom sites. What each plan covers depends a little on the platform, and we'll explain it before you start.
Can you look after a site someone else built?
Yes. We start with a R950 health check so we know what we're taking on.
What if I need a bigger change, like a new page?
Small changes are included in Business and Pro Care. Bigger changes are quoted, or done in hour blocks.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month, with 30 days' notice.
Do you work outside Cape Town?
Yes, with sites for businesses across South Africa.
